Refund policy

WE ARE MOVING OUR SPACE, THEREFORE WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS AT THIS TIME. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THIS, PRIOR TO ORDERING. AGAIN, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. 

MyCheri Essentiel values our customers, and their satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item you received, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return it for a store credit. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Items purchased at a discount, sale/marked down items, (including Live sales), all white items, accessories, leggings, bodysuits, T-shirts, sequin, or embellished items, are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please see descriptions, as some other items are non-returnable. Please note this prior to ordering. Returns can take 7-10 business days to be processed. Please be patient during this time. Preorders and custom made preorders cannot be returned or cancelled. They are described in great detail for this reason. 

Please call us at 833-MYCHERI to receive an RMA number, and return address information. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS, AND NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR 7 DAY RETURN WINDOW. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will email you a store credit code to use towards your next purchase, minus processing and restock fees. All returns are processed as store credit only. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any odor, stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or wear. All items must be returned in their original packaging. If we suspect a customer of wearing the items, then sending them back to us, no credit will be issued, and they will be blocked from the site. Items not received in good condition, will also not be accepted. Customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them.

PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE CHARGED A PROCESSING FEE FOR EVERY ORDER, THROUGH OUR PAYMENT PROVIDERS. 5% WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR STORE CREDIT, AS WELL AS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. IN THE EVENT YOU ACCIDENTALLY PLACE AN ORDER USING THE WRONG PAYMENT METHOD, AND WOULD LIKE TO SWITCH PAYMENT METHODS, THERE WILL BE A 5% CANCELLATION FEE, AS WE ARE STILL REQUIRED TO PAY FEES TO THE PAYMENT PROVIDERS. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS, OR CHANGES TO ORDERS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. WE MAY HOWEVER, ISSUE YOU A STORE CREDIT, TO BE USED ON A FUTURE PURCHASE.

ANY DELIVERY ISSUES, MUST BE TAKEN UP WITH THAT CARRIER. MYCHERIESSENTIEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UPS & USPS DELIVERY ISSUES. YOU MUST CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY, ONCE IT LEAVES THE STATE OF SHIPMENT. THIS IS THEIR POLICY. YOU MUST FOLLOW THEIR STEPS OF RECOVERY, BEFORE ANY CLAIM CAN BE FILED. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, OR UPS TO INITIATE INVESTIGATIONS FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. WE CANNOT DO THIS FOR YOU, PER THEIR POLICIES. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED, SO AFTER YOU'VE TAKEN THE NECESSARY STEPS, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ANY OTHER INFORMATION YOU NEED TO BEGIN THE CLAIMS PROCESS.
