She pulls the skirt on over her head, for a snug fit at waist. Not from the bottom up. Denim top is no longer available.     This skirt is everything I'd hoped it would be. It's a funky bohemian vibe that can be toned down or turned up in attitude and flavor. Fits well, floor-sweeping hemline (depending on whether I wear heels or flats), and it has pockets to boot! This is a favorite staple item now, trends be damned. I'll keep this forever cuz its just my flavor!!

    Unfortunately, USPS and UPS are way behind with deliveries. Also the recent looting in Chicago, has not helped with your delivery. I am in constant contact with the Post Office regarding your order, and have filed a missing mail claim.
